SEPTEMBER 2023 – PRESENT – Product & Project Management, Business Analysis, & Salesforce Development
My focus at Aperture was to build new digital experiences & systems for the federal government & financial sector. My development & product management efforts leveraged Salesforce to build fully custom solutions, employing a team of advanced developers & analysts.
For the federal government, I focused heavily in the refugee management space, building operations & intelligence tools to help our government make better decisions to improve the lives of families from areas torn by war & strained by government oppression.
In the financial space, I focused on designing & developing solutions for a high-net worth, wealth management RIA. This project involved building custom workflow automation & designing robust data visualizations.
I played an active role in shaping the Digital Transformation department, defining our SDLC processes, serving as an Agile SME, & mentoring other staff members.

I managed all of our custom software including a homegrown ERP, project management tool, & client facing portals. I also managed our Salesforce implementation & other 3rd party platforms to support sales, marketing, & finance teams.
I directed a multidisciplinary department of creatives & project managers to deliver all agency services & manage day-to-day operations. This team included 10 to 15 individual contributors & managers, for which I was solely responsible.
I developed & enforced clear agile processes & led a team of advanced developers to improve our custom software landscape. This included development of product roadmaps & ensuring features were delivered to internal & external users with comprehensive communication.
I consistently managed our operations team to efficient delivery measured by time/budget, & reported to leadership on monthly revenue recognition for our provided services, hitting our financial plans.

APRIL 2014 – SEPTEMBER 2015 – Sales, Marketing, & System/CRM Administration
I served as the lead CRM admin using SugarCRM to design sales processes, run reports, track sales pipeline, & create email marketing campaigns.
I managed marketing projects with the CEO and sales leaders to support sales staff & drive brand awareness.
I created & sent custom HTML emails to represent our suite of SaaS products.
Identified prospects & qualified potential buyers, setting up demos and nurturing deals through an opportunity pipeline.
